ITAA Annual Conference Registration Fees

and Cancellation Policy


Registration Fee Structure

To attend the ITAA Annual Conference, registrants must select the appropriate registration category. Fees vary based on ITAA membership status and the date of registration. Early-bird (EB) rates are available until September 30, 2025.

Important Notes

  • Early-Bird Deadline: Must register by the announced deadline to receive early-bird pricing.  Having a payment in process does not count, so plan accordingly with your department.
  • Membership: Member rates are only available to current ITAA members in good standing; log into the system prior to completing your registration to get the member rates.
  • Single-Day Registration: Only available to student members and valid for one day of attendance. You will indicate which day you are attending during registration.
  • Registration includes access to all general and concurrent sessions, exhibits, and networking events. Additional fees apply for workshops and tours. You will register for each workshop or tour separately during the registration process. A list of workshops and tours are available on the Conference page.

 

Cancellation Policy: Last-Minute Withdrawals

ITAA understands that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes prevent attendance. Members are expected to register with full intent to participate. If extenuating circumstances arise, the following cancellation and refund policy applies:

  • No refunds are issued for ITAA membership dues.
  • Full refund of registration fees is available if cancellation is requested more than 30 days prior to the start of the conference (October 20, 2025).
  • If cancellation is requested 15 to 30 days prior to the conference, a credit minus a $50 administrative fee will be granted.
  • No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations within 14 days of the event. However, registration may be transferred to another attendee.


Emergency Exceptions

To request an exception due to a serious medical or family emergency:

  • Contact Executive Director, Sherry Schofield, at executive_director@itaaonline.org.
  • Requests must be accompanied by documented proof of the emergency.
  • If approved, a refund minus a $25 administrative fee may be issued.


Important: If the registrant or presenter wishes for their scholarship presentation to be considered for the following year’s conference, they must notify the Executive Director at the time of cancellation and confirm eligibility.
