Awardees are highlighted in the conference program, and their work is celebrated during the annual conference, reinforcing ITAA’s commitment to advancing excellence in scholarship and innovation.

Based on the review of submitted abstract, members are invited to submit a full paper to be considered for the ITAA Paper of Distinction Award. The criteria for the study to be qualified are:

  1. During the submission process, you indicated the interest for your study to be considered for the Paper of Distinction Award.
  2. This study had not been submitted for a journal review.
  3. This abstract received a minimum qualified score.

If you received an invitation to participate in this additional process, submit full paper, following the below protocol:

  1. Use standard American English with correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  2. Do not include your name, acknowledgments, or any self-identifying information (a) within the manuscript, (b) in the file name, and (c) in the file property.
  3. Follow the APA style manual (Sixth or Seventh Edition). Use Times New Roman font size 12, double space, and left justification for all of the text including references. Use single space in tables and figures. Use letter size of 8.5” x 11” and margins of 1” on all four sides. Each page cannot contain more than 25 lines.
  4. Put the manuscript title and an abstract (150 to 200 words) on the first page. Keywords can be omitted. The full article title must be exactly the same as your abstract title.
  5. Begin article text (main manuscript) on a new page (the second page) headed by the full article title. Length of the manuscript must be no longer than 31 pages including abstract, text, reference list, tables, and figures. Do not use footnotes. This page limit cannot be achieved by using smaller font size, margins, or spacing.
  6. Tables and figures can be put between the texts or at the end of the manuscript. Please add “continuous” line numbers. Running head and page numbers are not required.
  7. Save the file using the abstract title as a PDF file so that we can locate your abstract ID easily (for example, CB-short title-RES.pdf). Please remember that no identifiable information can be included in the file name and in the file property.
  8. Submit the file using the specified Oxford Abstract link for your submission type.
